Building AI with AI in 2026

As a product leader, I find myself in a time of incredible productivity that unleashes creativity and high value proof of concepts quickly.

Everyone on Claude

• Last year, the product managers were prompting in V0 while the designers prompted in Figma and the engineers in Claude.

• After an incredible spring hackathon, we have moved into everyone using Claude, many using Super Powers, and Codex.

• Most tasks have some AI support. Anyone that writes, it’s pressure testing or organizing or analyzing. Anyone that codes can get security feedback and some test creation help.

Building for the Customer

• People want to get the job done with the best tools available. AI is a tool.

• AI is opening the doors of understanding with natural language and bringing accessibility to anyone with a question.

• It is exciting to bring reliable, accurate answers to customers.

Scalable Production Solutions

• If you need a large scale modern data heavy solution then you really need to have readable, well designed code and architecture. Excellence still takes time.

• This is where the friction is. AI thought partner versus AI prompt only coding.
